The yearly Annual General Meeting is held in March of each year.  Once transcribed and verified by the CARO Board, the minutes are posted here for all members.

Financial Reports

The Year End financial reports are prepared and presented at the AGM in March of the following year.  Once presented, they are then added to these financial archives.
