The CARO Board would like to announce a set of amendments and clarifications to the 2025 Rally Handbook. These updates are intended to provide clearer guidance for competitors, judges, and course designers, and to promote greater consistency in the application of the rules across trials.
The full amended document is now available on the CARO website under Handbooks / Signs, and we strongly encourage all members to review it carefully.
These changes are designed to support fairness, clarity, and consistency for everyone participating in CARO events.
